What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
The visitor must prepay the total price of the reservation. The visitor will be charged the total reservation price if canceled.

What is check in/check out time?
Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 11am.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the apartments?
All of our apartments are non-smoking. You may smoke outside in our beautiful landscaped garden.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
